Fleet Street’s Finest is committed to delivering excellent customer service. Our dedicated Customer Service Charter outlines the standards of service we aim to provide and endeavour to deliver to our clients.

We promise to:

  • Resolve your enquires quickly and efficiently
  • Offer a professsional and proficient service at all times
  • Listen to our customers and respond to feedback
  • Do everything in our power to rectify any issues or problems
  • Fully investigate any complaints and provide a detailed and comprehensive response

As part of our commitment to provide excellent customer service we strive to ensure:

  • Calls are answered within four rings during our opening hours of 8.30-5.30 Monday to Friday
  • All customer queries are resolved within one working day
  • We respond to emails within four hours and social media enquiries are answered within one hour, during office hours.
